Return Policy
If you would like to return the product for a refund, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Because, it is food item, we cannot allow for return upon delivery to customer due to safety issues. Please note that return is possible if the conditions below have been met:
Return requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a return:
- Customer has informed the issue with product within 20 minutes upon receiving it
- Product is defective
- Product is not as ordered
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
Important Note:
- No exchange is possible for any item for any reason whatsoever
- No return is possible for any other reason apart from two reasons.
- Product is defective
- Product is not as ordered
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all delivered items will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to process the return. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned. We issue the refund within 7 working days after inspection.

In order to be doubly sure of product received is product ordered, you can
- Get the items verified with your order details upon delivery
- Verify the quantity received is quantity ordered of each product

- Our delivery person matches the items from the order while handing it over to our customer
- Delivery person waits patiently to let the customer do verification from his/her side too.
- We pack all items boxes with transparent lids so that it is esy to verify without opening the seal of the pack
- You can cancel order online within cancellation period allowed based on delivery type chosen by you while ordering
